Be A Friend-Mental Health

Hey guys, I hope you are finding that even with everything going on it is important to take care of yourself and check in with those you care about.

Not everyone has a lot of free time I understand that… but it take less than 5 minutes to type “hey, how are you?”

Being a distant friend is okay.

Being a friend that has their own problems is okay.

What is not okay, is being a shitty friend and then complain when you get left behind.

I make it a point every week or so to check in with a few people. Make sure they are okay mentally. To let them know hey, Im here.

Sometimes its what saves the day. I know for me when my girls check in on me it helps to keep my on track. Like perfect someone cares, someone wants me to be okay.

Im not sure I guess this is just a reminder to be a decent person. It shouldn’t always be about you. Others need a mental check too.
